We've been working hard to make Wave the best tool possible for small business owners just like you. That's why we're so excited to unveil a new feature that will make Wave even easier for you to use!

If you've ever accidentally uploaded the same bank statement twice, or uploaded a bank statement after connecting your bank account, you've probably experienced duplicate transactions. 

While it's possible to try to manually delete each duplication, that goes against what Wave was created for. We aim to make your life easier: no manual entry, no wasted time, and no confusion! That's why we're so excited about our newest feature: De-duplication.

Not only is it fun to say, but it's really simple to use! If Wave identifies duplicate transactions, we'll flag these for you right in your Imported Transactions page. From there, you can simply mark whether the transaction is in fact a duplicate and should be removed, or if you made two identical transactions that should be recorded twice (like in the case of a twice daily coffee trip). 

We've made it simple, but we don't want to leave you hanging with any questions!
