It turns out the image problem was due to a glitch at a 3rd part service provider, and was unrelated to the work we're doing here at the Wave end. All images in FAQs have now been restored. 



The good news: We're making some significant improvements to our FAQs and support resources over this weekend. 

The bad news: We appear to have hit a snag where images in our FAQs have been disabled. 

The FAQ contents themselves are still in place and should still be able to guide you if you have questions. But we're working on getting the images back up to make things easier to follow.
