Getting paid on time is important, otherwise you run the risk of seeing your cash flow dry up. One way to sidestep issues is by setting clear payment expectations from the get-go with your clients—both in a contract and verbally.

The good news is that you’re not alone. Businesses everywhere face the same struggle every day. As we mentioned, at the end of the day, profits mean little if you don’t have enough cash to run daily operations. That’s why when it comes to cash flow, speed is key.
